Reverence
for animals and Mother Earth is a strong theme that
runs throughout the legends of Native American Indians.
Therefore it came as no surprise to learn that I have
a Native American spirit guide. A close spiritual
friend said his name was 'Runs with the Wind' and
described him as being old and wise with great knowledge
and understanding.
He
is not always around me all the time but will often
leave a white feather to symbolise his return or
going away from me. And as the lyrics to the song
sing, "....when he comes as a guide from heaven,
I can feel his special love returning to me"
RUNS
WITH THE WIND
Heya
naya, Heya naya, Heya naya, wo ho
Heya naya, Heya naya, Heya naya, wo ho
Old
and wise, patient and kind
From across the skies
I call to him, Runs With the Wind
Runs With the Wind
And
when he comes as a guide from heaven
And when he smiles
I can feel his special love
Returning to me.
Old
and wise, patient and kind.
From across the skies,
I call to him, Runs With the Wind
Runs With the Wind.
And
when he comes as a guide from heaven
And when he smiles
I can feel his special love
Returning to me
I
can feel his love, I can feel his strength
Runs With the Wind
(Repeat)
