Backroads Music

This artist now has a full catalog of fine CDs, from the expansiveness and Eastern flavor of "Journey to a Temple" to the more sweeping sounds of "Moonlore," which might be heard as a predecessor to the new "Mysts of Avalon". It's a romantic and magical, mystical world of the Celts that you are lead into, inspired by the imagery of the classic novel by Marion Zimmer Bradley. There are female vocals, which intimate the journey of crossing over into the Otherworld via a fine mist of fog. With encounters with Merlyn, Cerridwen and others, this is a quest of discovery and magic. Other instruments include Uillian pipes, Celtic whistles, guitars, piano, flutes and skin drums, as well as keyboards.
